Programs
YLC programs begin with a state-of-the-art environment, caring individuals, and opportunities to learn. YLC seeks to encourage the particular passions of our young people in order to inspire life-long learning. Serving children primarily from St. Louis City, YLC provides unique academic and enrichment experiences for youth, grades 2-8, from underserved communities.In order to make our mission a reality, YLC programs revolve around our five core subject areas of mathematics, language arts, science, computer science, and entrepreneurship/civic leadership. Our high quality standards as well as our requirement that all YLC programs have real-world applications are two important elements that permeate our program design.
